first 3-6 months this person will be needed 5 days ONSITE – then Hybrid 1-2 days a week

Project

•            Windows

o            No linux

•            Hardware data center focused for Atlanta and Vegas openings

•            Dell infrastructure, APEX cloud management

•            They have to address a lot of PowerShell and scripting

•            Windows admin side with heavy background in automation and scripting for Plano, TX opening

•            Resumes have keywords but candidates don’t have knowledge, saying “we” instead of I

•            Datacenters

 

Skills for both, Senior Engineer just more years of experience

•            Dell infrastructure, APEX cloud management

•            Recent windows experience

•            Datacenter, hardware, computing storage for datacenter environment

•            Dell hardware

o            Will take HP hardware but can speak to this

•            Good team member, very cross functional

•            Understanding of VMware and architecture but need a little Hyper-V and Azure since will be working this

o            How to deploy/administer storage from backend

o            Enterprise back-end infrastructure services

o            Azure deployments

o            Networking in cloud

•            Powershell  scripting is VERY Important
