• Good working experience with atleast one of the public cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).

• Hands on experience with Terraform in automating infrastructure provisioning for cloud.

• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and previous experience on building and using CI/CD extensively for delivering applications on any of public cloud platforms.

• Deep Understanding of building containerized applications for Cloud environment using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Hands on working experience with relational database such as Oracle and No-SQL database such as Mongo DB. Knowledge of Cloud databases would be added advantage.

• Solid understanding of cloud native principles.

• Good understanding of atleast one of the programming languages such as Java or Python.

The enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) is accountable for intake, execution, and managing the oversight of strategic programs and projects approved and budgeted by Leadership and the Board of Governors. These programs and projects span multiple functions and departments, and are enterprise investments in infrastructure and process excellence. The portfolio, program, and project management resources within the ePMO are uniquely positioned to support business units in the planning and delivery of large-scale programs and projects. The Portfolio Delivery team is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of programs and projects on the enterprise portfolio and developed in support of strategic direction. The Program Manager III, Portfolio Delivery (Program Manager III), is responsible for managing a portfolio of programs and projects, and maximizing ROI and value delivery. In addition to managing the portfolio, the Program Manager III is expected to manage programs and projects assigned to his/her portfolio and will have indirect management or oversight responsibilities for the project management staff assigned to execute programs and projects on his/her portfolio, ensuring overall performance quality and adherence to scope, schedules, resources and portfolio budgets. The Program Manager III is accountable for leading complex program objectives, managing change and resolving issues that span project teams and departments.

Experience in managing, motivating, mentoring staff and conflict resolution. Knowledge of managed care health insurance programs with preference given to applicants with strong experience in Medicaid and Medicare managed care.
