Lead System Architect Role is responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of PEGA based solutions. We are looking for highly motivated, outside-the-box thinkers with the desire to continuously improve themselves and others. Our firm’s success relies on our ability to find unique ways to deliver more efficiently and to make those around us better, faster, and smarter. Lead System Architect Responsibilities A \ Lead System Architect will be accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements. Bring advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all Pega design and implementation features and provide thought-leadership to fellow team members and the customer across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. The technical leader of a project team, responsible for mentoring and monitoring of the quality of team member’s deliverables. He/she will be expected to work independently to build out all or portions of a BPM application and mentor others to do the same. 

Candidate Requirements

•            A positive attitude •       Good communication and interpersonal skills •  At least 5 years’ experience leading Pega projects • Pega Lead System Architect Certified •   Experience in enterprise scale application design and development • Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles •  Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL •            Experience in WebSphere or WebLogic Application Server • Strong OO experience •          Pega Solution and Architecture of Enterprise Solution Design • Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree.

Location: Charlotte , NC (remote till covid)

Job Description :-

  • In-depth knowledge and working experience with Performance Center and other latest Performance Engineer & Performance Testing tools and Open-Source performance testing tools (like Apache JMeter, Blaze meter, Web LOAD etc) and Jira.
  • EXP with testing of microservices, mobile and cloud-based application.
  • Configure and monitor APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic etc.
  • Experience with multiple architecture, technology testing and with complex projects.
  • Experience managing resources directly, onshore/offshore and in a matrixed model. Experience working in a global team in a vendor dependent model
  • Experience with one or more coding language (JAVA, etc) with some Development background will be an advantage
  • Waterfall, V-model, Agile testing methodology experience.

Job Responsibilities:

 

The Product Owner (PO) defines and improves technology products to satisfy evolving customer needs through collaborative partnership with engineering, development and operational roles. The PO manages the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog. 

 

This includes:

·       Contributing to product strategy and innovation initiatives by defining a vision for the team's products, developing product roadmaps, project execution plans

·       Prioritizing, leading, and executing on those plans

·       Understanding the underlying business process, creating user stories, training / user guides

Qualifications

·       5+ years relevant work experience in financial services, product ownership, internal consulting team, or other demonstrated experience of product/project management experience required

·       Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to multi-task, apply critical thinking, sound decision making and focus on outcomes

·       Experience in conflict management - can negotiate and drive desired business outcomes based on strong cross-functional relationships

·       Experience in the management of concurrent initiatives

·       Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with challenging deadlines and changing priorities

·       Strong skills in Project Management, interpersonal relationships, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – must be able to create process flows using Visio; must be able to use Excel to analyze data/numbers and tell a story via charts and graphs with the results; should be familiar with Project and have an ability to design and maintain SharePoint for team collaboration and project artifacts

·       College Degree required (BA or BS)

·       Prior experience in the financial industry with Operational Risk will allow the prospective candidate to hit the ground running
