Desired Experience       
  • 3+ Years of experience in Workday application and experience in developing integration using Core connectors, EIBs, reports and Studio.
  • Exposure to support projects and process.
  • Strong background in HRMS modules like Core HR, Base Benefits, payroll, Global Payroll
 
Required Skills
  • Good understanding of the Life Sciences Industry.
  • Experience supporting workday Applications and Systems.
  • Experience in designing, developing, implementing and supporting customizations for interfaces in Workday Application.
  • Development experience using Studio, Core Connectors and EIB related to Workday HCM Core Services
Role Expectations          
  • Troubleshoot application incidents
  • Support integration enhancement requests.
  • Perform functional design reviews.
  • Participate in joint application design (JAD) sessions related to enhancements.
  • Perform Unit test on configuration changes and complete documentation.
  • Support UAT and perform deployment activities.
