Job Description :

* 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer / Developer with Predictive Intelligence is a MUST.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM).
* Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.
