Job Overview:
We are looking for a Flexcube Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be reliable for the design development and implementation of banking applications using Oracle Flexcube. This role requires in-depth knowledge of banking domain processes and strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube core banking software.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop configure and optimize banking applications using Oracle Flexcube.
Work closely with business users to anticipate banking requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of Flexcube modules including planning development testing deployment and support.
Design and implement core banking features such as payments loans deposits and account management within Flexcube.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flexcube systems ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g. QA infrastructure business analysts) for smooth deployment and integration of Flexcube with other banking systems.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
Provide ongoing support maintenance and upgrades for the Flexcube systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Demonstrated experience working with Oracle Flexcube in a banking environment.
Strong understanding of core banking processes such as payments loans deposits and treasury.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with integrating Flexcube with other banking applications and platforms.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Flexcube upgrades patches and version migrations.
Oracle Flexcube certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• 6+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise container platforms, with 5+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in OpenShift cloud platforms
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and CI/CD tools using Harness
• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, microservices, and application modernization strategies.
• Scripting languages like shell / Helm chats modules
• Experience in Autosys
