Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
· Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
· Responsible for sprint planning including capacity planning, execution, coordination and risk management.
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively address any issues that may arise.
· Document and track key decisions, issues and risks associated with a project-on-project management platform /status reporting
· Monitor and resolve issues that arise during project execution to safeguard impact to delivery goals/objectives.
· Follow established cadence with stakeholders and report project status reporting.
· Manage project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets. Ensure Change Request documentation and communication is completed following the standardized workflow.
· Communicate and implement any change requests effectively.
· Responsible for consulting the client with the industry's best practices as well as project management and practices.
· Documentation of lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of the Project Management practice
· Follow Agile deliverables/ceremonies as outlined.
· Observe RACI roles and responsibilities.
· Others as directed by customer
