Requirement details:    

Role: Devops Systems Architect (Multi Cloud), Linux, VMware

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ Years

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Description of Services:
Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.), GCP (Compute Engine, Big Query, etc.), Azure (VM, Blob Storage, etc.).

Linux Administration: Shell scripting, kernel tuning, package management, and troubleshooting.

Automation Tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef.

Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

Networking: VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Load Balancers, and DNS management.

Security: IAM, KMS, encryption, firewalls, and vulnerability management.

 

Deliverables:
1. Cloud Architecture Design:

o Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions using AWS as the primary platform, with additional expertise in GCP and Azure.

o Develop architecture blueprints, best practices, and standards for cloud adoption.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions align with business goals.

 

2. AWS Control Tower & IAM (IDC):

o Implement and manage AWS Control Tower to set up and govern multi-account AWS environments.

o Design and enforce IAM policies, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access control across cloud environments.

o Implement and Manage SSO Solutions

o Automate security and compliance checks using AWS-native tools.

 

3. Multi-Cloud Management:

o Integrate and manage workloads across AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.

o Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and scalability across multiple cloud providers.

o Ensure seamless data and application portability between cloud environments.

 

4. Advanced Linux Administration:

o Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems in cloud environments.

o Automate Linux server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.

o Optimize Linux performance for cloud workloads.

5. DevOps & Automation:

o Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager.

o Design, architect, and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines. o Automate CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across cloud platforms.

o Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure using tools like CloudWatch, Stackdriver, or Azure Monitor.

 

6. Security & Compliance:

o Ensure cloud environments comply with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).

o Implement security best practices, including encryption, network security, and vulnerability management.

o Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

o Address security findings, resolve threat tickets, and implement controls for engineered solutions.
