Job Overview -

• Responsible for transforming raw real-time data into actionable AI business insights that drive business operational protability. 
• Oversee real-time data systems, ensuring data integrity, mapping data to business operating models and developing visualizations that are targeted at solving complex business problems, in a simple manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Build and maintain a semantic layer that effectively translates complex data from data lakes into business outcome models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and reporting requirements,
• Optimize data models and scripts for efficient data analysis and performance.
• Build interactive, visually appealing dashboards using Qlik Sense, with added experience on Tableau or PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience in building effective prompts under Qlik insights advisor and Qlik answers.
• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense ensuring data accuracy and consistency using Qlik talend.
• Implement advanced statistical methods for data model accuracy and reliability.
• Design and refactor data lakes to improve data quality, discoverability, and exploration capabilities.
• Monitor query performance, optimize data models, and automate anomaly detection.
• Create internal data products to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
• Support machine learning models and continuously improve analytical insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end data management (governance, quality, warehousing, BI, and data science).
• Deep understanding of applying data to strategic planning processes.
• 5+ years managing enterprise-grade business data, particularly in financial or HR domains for strategic roadmap planning
• 5+ years in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and integration across enterprise applications and RDBMS/big data systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Visualization tools like Qlik Sense development, with a strong understanding of data modeling, scripting, and visualization principles.
• Strong experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL/NoSQL, and advanced data technologies (Databricks, Spark, AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude toward complex challenges.
