Job Description:

  • Analyze business processes related to cards products to drive conversion strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements (Card migration).
  • Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights for process improvements and decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of business needs with system capabilities.
  • Good Exposure with Data conversion project from one bank to other banks platform.
  • Good exposure with data analysis within different credit card systems (Posting, statement, letters, Fraud, Collection etc.)"
