Job Title: Workday Senior Technical Consultant

Workday Senior Technical Consultant who leads the design, development, and implementation of complex technical solutions within the Workday platform, including integrations with external systems, data migration, and custom configurations, by leveraging deep expertise in Workday architecture and technical capabilities to ensure successful project delivery for clients, often managing a team of technical resources and acting as a key technical advisor throughout the implementation process. Key responsibilities:? Technical Leadership:Lead technical aspects of Workday implementations, including designing integrations, data mapping, custom development, and system configuration to meet client requirements. ? Integration Expertise:Manage the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, including data flow, API development, and third-party vendor integrations. ? Solution Architecture:Create detailed technical specifications, design solutions, and ensure alignment with overall project architecture. ? Project Management:Oversee technical project deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the implementation cycle. ? Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and present technical solutions. ? Team Mentorship:Guide and mentor junior technical consultants, providing expertise and knowledge transfer. Required Skills:? Extensive experience with Workday platform, including core modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll) and technical capabilities like Workday Studio, integrations, and reporting ? Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data migration strategies ? Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Workday integrations (e.g., PL/SQL, Java) ? Experience with system architecture design, including API development and data exchange protocols ? Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ? Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget
