Requirements:

IT Project Manager (Recent Banking exp)

(10 -12 Years Experience)

Location: Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid) (Local Candidates only)

Responsibilities

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop project plan and phase documentation, including resource and cost management, test plans, and appropriate monitoring and control activities
• Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements
• Collaborate with development managers to plan work scope, resource allocation and schedules
• Adhere to governance controls such RACI cards, traceability matrices and toll gate reviews

 Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience as a project manager in the financial services industry, preferably banking(recent experience)
• Proficiency with "tools of the trade" – Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the project management framework as espoused by the PMBOK with skilled budget and financial management
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under limited supervision and to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions
