Position: Incident Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Local Only)

Type : Contract

Client: Tech M/Sisco Foods

 

Job Description:

  • Experience: 10+ Years
  • 5-8 years in a Technical Support or Technical Incident Management role
  • Proven experience in Technical Support or Incident Management, particularly in an E-commerce environment (preferred).
  • Technical expertise in: AWS , Networking Technologies and Microservices Architecture
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with U.S. customers and Sales Consultants.
  • ITIL certification or a deep understanding of ITSM processes and incident management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage incident calls, ensuring efficient escalation and resolution.
  • Solid business analysis and testing skills to identify, document, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in monitoring and observability tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively is an advantage.
