Location: Houston, TX (Local Only)

Job Description:
- Experience: 10+ Years
- 5-8 years in a Technical Support or Technical Incident Management role
- Proven experience in Technical Support or Incident Management, particularly in an E-commerce environment (preferred).
- Technical expertise in: AWS , Networking Technologies and Microservices Architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with U.S. customers and Sales Consultants.
- ITIL certification or a deep understanding of ITSM processes and incident management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage incident calls, ensuring efficient escalation and resolution.
- Solid business analysis and testing skills to identify, document, and resolve issues effectively.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in monitoring and observability tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively is an advantage.
