Position: Sr Financial Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft Absence Management Administrator/Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Alexandria, VA (3-Days on-site 2-days Remote)

Job Description:
- Possess extensive knowledge and functional experience with functional support of PeopleSoft v9.1/9.2 Absence Management modules.
- Working knowledge of integration of Absence Management with Time & Labor and Payroll module.
- Possess detailed experience in implementing PeopleSoft Absence Management, including
- Defining and documenting requirements
- Creating functional/technical design documents
- Creating detailed testing scenarios and cases
- Executing all needed configurations and system changes
- Execution of testing activities
- Creation of training and documentation materials
- Resource should be well versed with configuring/changing Absence Management
- Understanding of FMLA components and working knowledge and experience in the area of intermittent and continuous leave
- Resource should be knowledgeable of PeopleSoft HCM table structures and be able to create needed queries and reports to support the changes to the combined payroll solution
- Capability to create innovative approaches to system configurations
- Experience with implementing/supporting solutions within a highly unionized environment
- Working knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements
