POSITION : ATM/Customer Connect QA/Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
Deployment: To mimic production, USD IMAGE must be loaded manually onto the 23 different ATM machines, and to monitor the behaviour and report any odd errors ie: wrong screen flows, beeping sound of individual hardware, blank screens, reading the onboard atm diagnostic screens, that are noticed during the installation period. There are different types of models, and they are all supposed to behave exactly the same during installation. After deploying the USB onto the ATM, there are some settings and activities
?configuration
? that must be done on each ATM. Depending on the level of testing by the QA team, there will be different configuration settings on each ATM Fake cash, receipt and statement papers must be physically loaded onto each ATM after deployment. When a new ATM is brought to the QA lab, we physically have to unwrap it, connect it to the network and add it to the database and active directory, and send a request to HOSTMASTER for the new ATM to be added to the network. We must request new IP ADDRESSES for new ATMs when needed.
Maintenance/support: Request from QA most of the time requires update to the Configuration Repository database. After updating the CR database, you have to go to the ATM and configure either the cash dispenser, fix jams or reset the various devices on the ATM We maintain different code levels on multiple Aconnex environments. We currently have 6 Aconnex environments that have to be maintained all the time with code deployments. We support Aconnex Crosscheck so the QA can do their unit testing in house. I make sure crosscheck is always available and Scripts are running.Triage: You must troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as is supposed to be. Either its on the ATM level or from the Crosscheck system or either not reach Pconnex and TSYS Other systems that the Aconnex is connected to could be the issue. I send service request to NCR Support when an issue cannot be resolve by myself.
Customer Connect:
1 I make available customer connect workstations for QA team to verify their transactions on all the SIT environments.
2 I send request for Prod code level to be deployed on the Servers for QA testing.
Competencies: Test Management
Experience (Years): 6-8
Desirable Skills: Prefer to have senior resource, stronger ownership and leader skills so thatresource is capable of participating in the technical sessions (estimates,root cause analysis support, etc) and represent ATM team.
Responsibility:*
Review requirements and any related documents with developers toconfirm expected functionality and business needs. Develop test cases and test plan according to requirements Determine test environment and test data requirements. Must be able to communicate with leads regarding project readiness,status and potential risks, Document, quantify, and elevate risks asappropriate. Provide status reporting for execution and defects Tracks and coordinates defect resolution and retesting quantifyingand mitigating risk accordingly using HPALM Participate in meetings, provide estimates, analyze and validateproject requirements and technical specifications and document key issues. Execute various testing types including Functional, Regression,Integration etc Write excellent defect reports. Provide timely & effective communication to the Lead relating toquality, project issues and concerns etc.
Qualification:*
Minimum 4+years of experience has QA Analyst in Financial industry Hand on QA experience on analyzing requirements anddeveloping/executing test cases in a timely manner. Expert understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude in the workplace and the ability to drive change Fast learner, continuously expanding knowledge set Team player Ability to perform multi-tasking
