We’re seeking to hire a talented ServiceNow Security Operations, Consultant with software development experience to join our growing Cyber Defense Advisory Practice. The successful candidate will join a team that designs and deploys cybersecurity solutions at some of the world’s best-known brands.
Job Description
This individual will:
- Consult with Fortune-1000 clients.
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design, mapping business and technical requirements to solutions.
- White board solution options to the client and explain pros and cons of each option.
- Assist the technical architect on producing high-quality requirements and design documents.
- Share innovative ideas on development and solution configuration and challenge the status quo.
- Develop and configure solutions using skill sets highlighted below in the “Qualifications” section.
- Have a willingness to travel when needed to work with clients at their location. This requirement is project dependent, but candidates should assume up to 25% travel.
Qualifications
We understand that not every consultant has every skill. The ideal candidate will have some of the following qualifications:
- Strong software engineering/development skills in the following:
- JavaScript
- JSON
- Python
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience implementing and building APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0-1+Experience with leading cybersecurity platforms including Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, Checkmarx, Splunk, Veracode, Black Duck, GitLab, Prisma, or Wiz
- 1-2+Experience with ServiceNow technologies including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Configuration Compliance
