Job: SailPoint Senior Architect

Location :  Buffalo NY – Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for identity governance, provisioning, and access management across banking applications (Core Banking, Payments, Trading, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs, regulatory compliance, and industry standards (FFIEC, GLBA, SOX, etc.)
  • Lead the development of SailPoint configurations, workflows, and integrations with various banking systems (FIS, Jack Henry, Fiserv, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, such as:
  • FFIEC guidelines for Identity and Access Management
  • GLBA requirements for customer data protection
  • SOX requirements for financial reporting and access control
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SailPoint solutions in banking domain
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint in banking environment
  • Stay up to date with SailPoint product releases, updates, and best practices in banking industry

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • 5+ years of experience in Banking domain, with expertise in banking applications and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, workflows, and integrations
  • Experience with identity governance, provisioning, and access management in banking environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations (FFIEC, GLBA, SOX, etc.) and industry standards
  • Excellent technical documentation skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

 

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (Azure, AWS, etc.) in banking environment
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ or related IAM technologies
  • Experience with banking industry-specific identity management frameworks (e.g., IAM for SWIFT)
