Job Description:

Marketing & Merchandise Analyst- C-Shopper 

  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
  • Working across various C-Shopper development initiatives, partnering with C-Shopper team, internal 7-E Data team and Circana/IRI personnel
  • Assisting in C-Shopper platform developments designed to drive impact with internal and external users
  • Analyst is a subject matter expert and a Customer Success resource in the C-Shopper Team, to work directly with Marketing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Operations & Finance Users and drive internal adoption for our Customer Insights. 
  • This professional is actively producing analytics projects as requested and demonstrating to both Users and internal Prospects how they may leverage the C-Shopper Customer Insights Portal to make better recommendations to drive business impact. 
  • This professional will coordinate and conduct onsite and online User meetings with our internal teams.  
  • This professional will also engage and deliver Training and Help Desk support.  This professional will also initiate on-going interactions with assigned User groups, providing Customer Insights to drive business impact.
