Role Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and document detailed Salesforce architectures, including technical designs, data models, and integration strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and features to meet business requirements.
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce solutions and overall IT strategy.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy Salesforce applications, leveraging programmatic development techniques (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing automation) using programmatic approaches.
- Develop and maintain APIs and web services to enable data exchange.
- Establish data governance policies and procedures for Salesforce data.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Optimize Salesforce performance through data modeling, indexing, and programmatic optimization techniques.
- Define and enforce standards and best practices for Salesforce development and maintenance, including programmatic development guidelines.
- Monitor Salesforce usage and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and programmatic tools.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, including guidance on programmatic development techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or Developer with a strong focus on programmatic development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and App Cloud.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, with a proven track record of building complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programmatic tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration frameworks (e.g., API, web services, ETL tools) and the ability to implement them programmatically.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data security, including the use of programmatic techniques to enforce data quality and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong ability to leverage programming to address complex Salesforce challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
