Interview: Ist Remote & 2nd F2F
Note: Java, Angular, JavaScript, Spring, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL/JPA/Hibernate. Development will be more backend heavy
Job Description:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of development experience including 2+ years of Lead experience
- Full Stack Java development including Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS
- Ability to contribute to high-level design discussions based on experience in application of software design concepts, software application lifecycle management, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, and Design Patterns.
- Strong experience in server-side multi-threaded programming in Java, the HTTPS protocol, and Web Services.
- Design and development of relational databases (PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate)
- Strong experience in unit and integration testing using JUnit.
- Experience with software development methodologies, especially Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Review of other team members' application code and test code for correctness and potential improvements.
Preferred:
- Experience with Java-based reporting tools
- Build technologies like Gradle and Jenkins
- Version control system (Git)
- Experience with Automated Testing (Selenium, Gherkin/Cucumber)
