We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design and expertise in tools like Figma, as well as experience in creating journey maps and interactive prototypes. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and crafting seamless user experiences for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
Journey Mapping: Develop detailed user journey maps that illustrate the user's experience across different stages of interaction with the product. Identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. Design and iterate on user interfaces to ensure they meet user needs and align with business goals.
Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interactions. Ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for usability and accessibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are implemented effectively and align with the overall product vision.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts. Gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, and continuously seek to improve the quality of the user experience.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Experience:
9+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proven experience in creating journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
