Description:
Issues so far in search: Do not want to see candidates with user administration. Candidates are adding Active Directory to resumes but in practice do not actually have the experience. May say they have done user administration, but that’s not what they are looking for. Not system admins but need to build the active directory environment
- Looking for: Real AD experience and some dev ops experience since moving to cloud (would help). Need to be more hands on with activation, management (do not need regular help desk items). VERY active directory focused

Able to work off-hour shifts during change windows when required (nights, weekends)

Able to work within documented procedure scope in technical realm

Works very well in teams of technical people

• Process Skills:
Understanding of ITIL processes including CMDB & change controls
Experience working in regulated environment
• Technical skills:
Minimum of 7 years - direct experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments
3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS
5+ years supporting Microsoft Server (various versions)
Strong troubleshooting skills & methodology
Strong working knowledge of DNS & WINS
Experience working on Security initiatives related to Active Directory.
Ability to collaborate on engineering documentation including: Requirements documents, Engineering documents, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to work across technology teams when required.
Experience working on large projects in AD or ADFS engineering role
• What type of background:
Strong Active Directory background with minimum 7 years of experience
