Role Description:
Perform initial issue diagnosis and troubleshooting,
Provide user support for navigation and system use.
Work on issue resolution and escalation. Handle incident management system.
Knowledge base development.
Monitor MES layer integration with other systems.
Monitor system performance.
Develop training materials.
Able to report metrics.
Able to handle security administration.
Work on system configuration and support.
Handle problem management.
Competencies: EIS : MES Functional Consulting
Experience (Years): 4-6
Essential Skills: Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with MES systems such as Pharmasuite, PMX, Syncade, Werum PAS-X
Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of IT life cycle management, IT business process model, S95 model and other IT processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem solving, analytical and process improvement skills.
