Education & Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· 8+ years of experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
· EBS Applications 12.2.
· Oracle database 19c.
· Supporting Oracle EBS on 19c database with multitenant architecture.
· AWS technologies and proficiency.
· RHEL 8 virtualized environment.
· EBS environment cloning and patching.
· Implementing and administering TLS 1.2 certificates.
· Full knowledge of the ADOP cycle in EBS.
· Bash scripting and automation.
· EBS full stack security patching.
· OAM and OID for single EBS sign-on.
· Enterprise Command Center.
· ORDS support.
· Oracle APEX experience.
· Exceptional command of IT architecture principles.
Soft Skills:
· Strong team collaboration and team-first mentality.
· Superb problem analysis, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
· Proactive, clear written and verbal communication to the team, customers, stakeholders, etc.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
· Perform duties as an Oracle Apps DBA supporting Oracle EBS, Oracle databases, and Oracle EBS supplementary productions (ECC, OAM, OID, ORDS, Apex).
Typical task breakdown:
· At the computer, in meetings with the team and customers (on camera at times), solving issues independently, researching issues for project work, working with team members to resolve issues, applying EBS security patches, cloning EBS environments, resolving customer support tickets for EBS and Oracle databases, providing timely updates, delivering by set due dates.
Interaction with team:
· Ability to work independently on most assignments, propose solutions in team meetings, open to having ideas challenged in a team setting, actively collaborate on issues with the team, support and explain ideas with facts, commit wholly to team decisions even if it’s not your first preference, elevate the performance of your team members, act with a sense of urgency on all assignments.
Work environment:
· Mostly remote with ability to come into the office for team meetings as frequently as once a week.
Interview Process:
· Initial interview with hiring manger.
· Technical panel interview with key team leaders.
· 1 hour each virtual interview, via MS Teams
