Strong communication and troubleshooting experience
- Expertise in customizing and configuring APIs for IBM-supported business applications, these applications are integrated with IAM layer through Ping Identity.
- Knowledge on OrchIS to Ping Identity for Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication and authorization
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of access management requirements and play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding the team through the API integration process between applications and the Kong API Gateway.
- Technical expert in Ping/Kong but should be able to document existing architecture and coach the IBM API team and consult with the client IAM leads to on the requirements needed for a successful end-to-end integration of the business applications to the IAM infrastructure through the intermediate API layer.
- Closely with the CLIENT team in the US as well as the API team
