Finance Applications Project Manager: Manager needs to make this fill ASAP before someone is out on maternity leave. IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3-5 years of PM will sufficecandidates need to navigate the module/invoice/vendor setup/flow to dynamics Finance will be the most important piece here

You will be overseing projects and maintenance of the HR and Finance Back Office Applications, including, continuous improvements and daily L2/L3 support requests. The HR and Finance applications encompass the CoreHR system as well as D365 F&O and all its integrated systems.

Support & Documentation

·        Coordinate with partners in charge of D365 and other BO Applications AMS

·        Analyze, prioritize, and respond to support tickets to ensure timely resolution

·        Establish clear documentation processes for all support activities, including issue identification, resolution steps, and post-resolution documentation

·        To maintain and enrich ITSM tools on the Business Operations scope

·        Track issues effectively using designated tools or systems

·        Provide regular reports on issue status & resolution progress

·        Define clear ownership for each issue to ensure accountability of the involved teams throughout the resolution process Product Owner

·        Collaborate with Business Partners and IT Central teams to co-develop a roadmap and drive projects, application maintenance, and continuous business improvements from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment

·        Orchestrate all projects and ensure prioritization of work between all BO Apps team members if needed to ensure delivery on time and on budget of

·        Work in an Agile environment to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones, deliverables while identifying opportunities, risks

·        Develop, own & execute the BO App team annual roadmap by collaborating with development leads and architects

·        Evaluate conceptual requirements into functional specifications that are understandable to development teams

·        Prioritize & maintain continuous business improvement needs while balancing stakeholder requirements

·        Lead the BO Applications ecosystem and maintain architectural integrity

·        Identify improvements opportunities in systems and processes

·        Configure systems for continuous improvement or addition of new features

·        Provide UATs (User Acceptance Tests) support/leadership to the business ; drive communication about UATs status Procurement and Budgeting

·        Monitor project budgets

·        Assist The BO App Manager in building BO IS&T budget

·        Work with BO IS&T Manager for reforecast

Team Management

·        Manage the team members (analysts level) responsible for systems monitoring and support

·        To identify, align and communicate teams’ objectives

·        To ensure accountability of the team in daily operations and projects (BO and support)

Requirements:

·        Strong problem-solving, influencing and critical-thinking skills with the ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity

·        Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, at business, functional, and technical levels

·        Technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa

·        Ability to collect and understand application solutions from the team and present as options for business challenges

·        Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

·        Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings

·        Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, skilled at stakeholder management (setting and managing expectations)

·        Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing analysis tasks. Some independent judgment will be required in setting priorities to tasks among multiple assigned projects

·        Working knowledge of project portfolio management tools and techniques

·        Relevant experience and qualifications in IS&T Finance area with strong background on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations

·        Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Development framework

·        Team player, collaborator and experience working with remote resources and staff in geographically dispersed areas

·        Retail, manufacturing industry, B2B commerce experience a plus

·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including MS Project, MS Visio a plus

Technical Experience and Systems

·        Business software: D365 F&O, WMS, POS CEGID Y2, JDE, SAP, ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Adyen, Avalara, Medius, JIRA

·        Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, TeamViewer, ITSM

·        Private Cloud: IaaS, PaaS / Public Cloud providers: Azure

Other: SQL, Data Visualization
