Description:
Visa : All apart from H1B, CPT , OPT

Resource must be capable of program managing (and/or configuring/developing) Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow's Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing
Telecom Network Operating System (NOC) Service Assurance solutions
- General Telecommunications B2B Operations experience, with an
understanding of the Order Entry, Order Management, Fulfillment, and
Operations processes that support the Telecommunications industry
-Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing
Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events
solutions within ServiceNow's Telecom Service Management (TSM)
module
- Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications product portfolio, to
include
Primary
- Telecommunications Service Management
- Telecommunications Service Operations Management
(TSOM)
- TM Forum data structures and open APIs
Secondary
-Telecommunications Order Management (OMT)
-Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI)
-Total comfort and ease in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Public speaking and presentation skills
- 2+ years of experience as a key resource for ServiceNow solutions in client
environments
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
