These roles are for a biotech/pharma company and industry experience is required! The roles also require 8 days on site per month, which comes out to about 2 days on site in Cambridge, MA, however this can be organized how they best see fit depending on projects and need. So they need to be local to the greater Boston area or be able to relocate.

 

The first position we are Looking for is a Supply Chain Business Analyst with experience working within the Pharmaceutical/ Bio-Tech space. The candidate should have strong knowledge within Manufacturing and good experience with LIMs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysis and continuous improvement of E2E Supply Chain planning processes and tools.
• Own development of predictive analysis capability to support Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) Supply Chain KPI’s and continuously improve KPI’s performance.
• Responsible for E2E (end to end) value stream mapping
• Lead improvement projects within Supply Chain Round Lake and with different Round Lake stakeholders and interface following procedures to increase standardization and creation of data transparency.
• Support Agile Operating Standard (AOS) projects to ensure that Supply Chain Round Lake to the required performance level.
• Execute idea management process within Supply Chain and collaborate with the Agile team and across the Supply Chain organization.
• Assure proper change management in the scope of improvement projects and support Supply Chain employees with harmonization of processes.
• Establish and maintain supply chain visual boards to increase and improve the visibility and transparency of WIP and Finished Goods.
• Support Warehousing and Distribution teams in sustainably improving right first-time distribution performance and inventory control metrics.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree
• Strong experience in science, engineering, business, operations, Supply Chain or another related technical field.
• Good Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech experience
• Strong LIMs experience/knowledge
• Strong Manufacturing experience
• Must be able to solve potential complex conflict situations and define proactive mitigation strategy through innovative thought and experience.
• Experience using data aggregation (such as Qlik, Crystal Reports, or other). ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience preferred (e.g., JDE, SAP).
