Position - Salesforce Technical Architect
- US (Sunnyvale, Bay Area)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
- Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story,
- Review solutions and recommending improvement (A strategic approach to solution design) with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
- Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales and platform solutions
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
- Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce,
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs,
- Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying change
- Provide guidance on user story writing style
Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 + years of Overall experience in Salesforce and as a Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce Technical Architect
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- Strong experience in Salesforce flows
- Strong experience in Partner Management, Commerical Deals, Promotion tools
Certification :
· Certified in Salesforce certified administrator and Certified Technical Architect
