JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Skills/Experience
The AUTOMATION PROGRAMMER will be responsible to design and program the new Automation systems as well as existing systems utilizing the latest technologies and trends in Gas PLC and SCADA systems. Candidate must have a sound working relationship with all management, supervisory positions, and electricians in their designated area.

Responsibilities:
Ambition to use the latest trends in Automation designs and equipment for the Gas industry
Experience in PLC and HMI programming (testing in the shop and field start up experience.
o PLCs (Emerson ControlWave Mirco, Allen Bradley)
o HMI Panels & Panel PCs (Allen Bradley, Schneider)
o Cell Modems (Digi, Sierra)
o Communication Protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC)
HMI Programming (Using Software Package):
Development and maintenance of graphical control systems OaSYS DNA. Plan, develop and implement new and existing graphic screens. Perform programming required to ensure an accurate and effective interface between graphics and control systems using Schneider OaSYS DNA application.

Additional Skills
Familiarity with SCADA and controlled environments.

Assignment
Requires travel to various locations.
