Location: Boston, MA (4 days onsite one day remote – need locals only here)

Description:

The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into agile stories, and handling big data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the trading and operations team to understand and document requirements.
- Work closely with product owners to refine and enhance business requirements into detailed agile stories.
- Develop prototypes and code in coordination with the IT agile team, utilizing SPARK, Apache, Java, and C# on AWS and Databricks platforms.
- Assist in the production deployment process, including post-deployment checks and ongoing support for production issues.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Proven experience working with business and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable agile stories.
2. Hands-on experience with big data systems and in-memory processing, including proficiency in SPARK, Apache, Java, and C# on AWS and Databricks.
3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is ideal.
