Role #1:

Role: - SAP SuccessFactors – WorkZone

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote

Notes: Candidates Willing To Work From 6 -8 AM EST

 

Job Description

·         4-6 years’ experience in Workzone with emphasis on candidates who are certified in Employee Central

·         Design & development of cloud applications and services on the SAP Business Technology Platform using tools such as Node.js, Express, Java, & Spring

·         Experience in Kubernetes preferred, Ensuring quality delivery of our technology solutions.

·         Monitoring and maintenance of cloud applications.

·         Design and build low code/no code applications and Workzone portals.

·         Automate processes using SAP BTP Workflow

 

Role #2:

Role: - SAP SuccessFactors Administration

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Note: Candidates Willing To Work From 6 OR 7 AM EST

 

Job Description:

  • Certified SF consultant with prior experience of managing Provisioning, SF Modules and User Administration
  • Experience in User Role Administration (should have managed authorization for 1Lakh+ users)
  • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors data models (Corporate & Succession)
  • Good knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning.
  • Manage platform features that includes Home Page setting, HRIS sync to UDF, Personalization and UX
  • Monitor system performance, server & network latency and ensure availability across globe.
  • Experience in implementing GDPR country specific policies.
  • Schedule & monitor data purging / masking as per data privacy configuration in different SF modules
  • Instance refresh cycle planning, execution, scrambling/anonymize data post refresh.
  • Manage day-to-day system operations.
  • Manage Periodic Release updates / Patches and work with leadership to determine enablement plan.
  • Support organizational communication & change management efforts[specific to System Downtime and Platform related updates]
  • Maintain system configuration and documentation according to the best process & practices.
  • Manage integrations SF to ECC and other 3rd party solutions.
  • Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, stakeholders and management.
  • VAPT Management on Server in conjunction with GI Infra Team
  • Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & Team Management skills
