Job Role	Power App Developer
Work Location	Houston, Texas
Job Description-	Minimum 4+ of experience is required in Technical Roles   Skill: Must have 4+ Experience in Figma, Wire frames and storyboard creations, good communications, and interactive skills. Able to bring up a 660 view of problems in design and make rapid prototypes. 4 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Expertise in UX software such as Power BI, Adobe Suite, Adobe XD, JustInMind, Marvel, InVision (or similar tools). Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. A solid grasp of User-centered design, Usability Testing, and accessibility. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies. Must have a portfolio to showcase.   Must Have : Power App, Power BI
	Good to Have: Azure DevOps, Python, Power Apps Oil and Gas/ ESG domain knowledge
