We have a QA lead role open at Flagstar Bank.

 

Long term they need them to be a lead but will be doing more hands-on testing to start out this year. The testing for this year all the test cases will be written for this person. This person needs to drive the testing activity. Most of the testing is just for validation, such as making sure General Ledger accounts are in order. They have to be flexible with Agile experience. This is more automated testing heavy. They are doing cleanup to their General Ledger. 

 

He would consider a Senior Tester with Lead experience OR a current QA Lead that is still hands on.

 

TOP SKILLS: They use Jira, develop test cases in Jira based off of requirements. They are also looking for Selenium for automation. SQL and XML
