Required Salesforce Business Analyst/ADMIN-REMOTE
Technical Skills/Experience (Required)
• 6+ years of professional Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years developing, supporting and/or managing (Marketing, Sales, Service Cloud)/ Salesforce Development requirements
• 3+ years of experience working in projects utilizing the Agile methodology
• Bachelors' degree (or commensurate experience)
• At least one Salesforce Certification such as Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Business Analyst – Multiple preferred
• Proven record of success in driving Salesforce requirements and documentation to successful project completion
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative and customization capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools
• Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as DevOps, Rally, JIRA, etc.
• Understanding of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling and systems design methodologies

• Ability to proactively lead and empower teams, communicating appropriately to ensure a team's success
• Highly developed interpersonal skills

• Curious with a desire to learn and keep up with the latest Salesforce and industry trends
Desired Skills/Experience?
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry, Call Center and/or Eligibility functionality is a huge plus
• Experience leading large scale data migration efforts
Business Analysis Responsibilities
• Plan, define, author, and assist in the design of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with resources from across Salesforce team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented as specified
• Compose User Stories
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes; interpret into Salesforce requirements and solutions
• Document and initiate improvements to existing processes
• Audit processes to identify process and performance defects
• Advise the business on Salesforce best practices and tools/solutions
• Prepare presentations for the team and management highlighting progress and risks
• Identify inefficiencies and assist in providing innovative approaches to resolve
Administrator Responsibilities
• Administer all aspects of the Salesforce application including users and license management, new user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, OWDs, sharing rules, and permission set groups, etc.
• High level of familiarity and proficiency enabling and administering multiple Salesforce cloud applications
• Triage and successfully close user support tickets
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
• Lightning framework expertise
• Sandbox environment management
• Monitor user adoption
• Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
• Conduct user training and create training materials
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
• Understand and help implement the security of Salesforce (as appropriate)
