10–12-year exp with pega testing experience Hands on experience on Agile testing for agile software development. Experience on Sprint management tools like JIRA. Understand the Business/Functional Requirements. Prepare test strategy and test plan from requirement documents. Able to work independently and with team to deliver test plans and test cases successful. Knowledge about Pega systems testing Guardrails. Ability to test Pega applications and its integration with external system. Good understanding of REST APIs. Ability to use Rest Client tools like postman to test Web API's. Defect tracking along with logging and regressing testing. Provide test status to internal/external stake holders. Communicate with internal/external stakeholders about project progress and risks. Experience with Test deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment. Good Analytical skills and communication skills. Customer relationship management (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations |

8-12 years of experience Meeting with business managers to discuss the company’s BPM application needs. Designing and developing Pega BPM applications. Performing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment. Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models. Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer. Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services. Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. Conducting system performance tests. Maintaining the security of all system applications. Pega Developer Requirements: Bachelor s degree in software engineering or computer science. Proven work experience as a Pega developer. Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x. Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology. Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery. Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML. Excellent project management skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. (1.)
