Our Capital Markets client is looking to enhance its fixed income repo trading system. The current system consists of a Vendor product that has several additions and modifications built on top. Those additions have been built in python. The role of the developer will be to work alongside the trading team and the repo product owner(BA) to effect several significant enhancements that improve the existing Python layer. Those include trade blotter views, position Views, Position and collateral sweep functions. The work will also entail building API's to reach new functions as well migrating several excel macros into Python. Their work will also entail building a number of interfaces into data bases and other trading systems. 

Requirements - 8-12 yrs of python experience on top of a .net or C#,Java, C++ environment, strong programming fundamentals, strong API experience, real financial industry, capital markets experience

Nice to have: Development on Fixed income trading, repo trading or any trading platform
