Projects should not be short terms.

The Consultant will be working in the Entity Reference Data Technology who is responsible for supporting Operations, Compliance, Finance, Tax, and Legal departments.  The team is responsible for providing a horizontal data service to Front/Middle/Back Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Tax Technology teams. The team is also responsible for supporting many aspects of the Client Onboarding process and associated workflows.


DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on Full Life Cycle Application development.
• Integrate new software solutions with existing systems.
• Write testable software to ensure high quality and liaise with team members .
• Use recommended toolchains to push deliverables to production.
• Support the solution while working with Production Services.
• Perform design and code reviews with other members of the team.

THE SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET THE ROLE:

• 5+ years of solid hands-on Core Java experience.
• Experience with front-end technologies using Angular.
• Experience with Java Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Ability to write/understand SQL and RDBMS concepts.
• Exposure to CI/CD and Test-Driven Development.
• Knowledge of basic Linux/Unix environment and commands.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and Workflow tools like Camunda is desired.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new technologies and apply what is learnt. Take ownership of tasks and be accountable and have the ability to work well in a large and multi-location team.
• Ability to work with users to understand business functions.
• Solid communication skills.
