Position:       Sr. Business Analyst

location:       100% Remote

Interview:      Virtual

Duration:      5+ Year's

Visa:           No H1B-CPT-TN

Remote - Candidate must be based in California – preferably Sacramento area.

Must have all of the following requirements:

·       Must hold an active Business Analysis Certification and be in good standing in at least one of the following certifications:

·       International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification

·       Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) Certification Copies of certifications must be provided.

·       A minimum of five (5) years of analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients configuring solutions to support and manage functional requirements and business rules.

·       A minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

·       Experience working in public sector
