Urgent need Appian Lead at Dallas, TX (Hybrid).

 

Position: Appian Solutions Lead

Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days per week

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze application needs in the department and configure current applications or develops new applications to support them.

Support and help the development team to create new applications in Appian.

Provide guidance on the technical design requirements while following development and database best practices.

Create and recommend use of reusable connectors and components and provide continuous improvement to the platform.

Ensure the data models created in Appian are fully governed according to our client's standards and guidelines.

Proactively assess system functionality to recognize and correct impending problems before work processes are disrupted.

Participate in grooming sessions and be able to work with business partners to build and finalize delivery requirements.

Support the solution architect and the SME on the strategy of future solutions and navigate the team on the end-to-end processes to be reviewed and approved in the appropriate forums and boards.

Map applications to business processes and seek for rationalization and simplification efficiency.

 

Requirements:

5+ years of experience leading Appian solutions.

Hands on experience designing architectural solutions.

Previous experience working in the financial industry.

Experience with enterprise architecture governance.

Experience with process models and system integrations

Proven experience prioritizing, budgeting, estimating, and project implementations.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Experience working within an agile environment.

 

Nice-to-Have:

Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency
