Title:                     HCM Oracle Consultant

Location:             100% remote

Duration:             6+ Months
MOI:                      Phone then Video

 

Visa:                      No H1B

Overview: Looking for someone to help them from an HCM perspective
Look quickly, come on board in short term, stabilize HCM, 
Benefits perspective (their system, ADP and benefits vendors) 
Looking to onboard immediately

 Roadmap: 
- Recruiting modules within Oracle
- Perf management 
- Benefits live at one facility, rolling out for other sites, only live in buffalo, next phase is OH location (not for euro locations bc of differences in laws)

- Immediate term to stabilize integrations with different vendors/partners and benefits module 
- Work hasn't been completed
- More on functional side a little bit of technical bc of integrations 
- Legacy to Oracle HCM 
- implemented bits & pieces (entry of information i the system, enter folks in there for benefits, they can go in and make elections, but difficulty with data going back and forth for changes to integrations) 
- Only doing data stream for buffalo and Ohio, and Ohio is just between ADP and Oracle

- Do have someone working on the module today but unlikely they will be there for knowledge transfer, configuration, tasks etc.
- Setting expectations of what they're coming into, need to do some understand
- Right now looking for 1 person, with potential to augment further
- Live in one location, partial data exchange that is occurring, fought with issues, course correction
- Expectation for Ohio rollout would be prior to open enrollment in October

Accenture is their partner for 3rd party support and helping with extra work in addition to Oracle Support
