Need Local Candidate
The Local US CAS Manager works within the Commercial DevOps department, with a view to regulate application support activities and processes within the US region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of more than 5 years in similar role/function.
- 5 years of experience in managing support and development activities in the IQVIA OCE CRM.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor support demand and evaluate customer requests
- Monitor and control support service
- Manage region SLA's and KPI's
- Assist business in the evaluation, filling and submission of application change requests (CR)
- Promote and facilitate the One Support model adoption and the usage of common process to achieve the best customer service / satisfaction
- Act as the liaison between regional business and the Global Support Team.
- Cooperate with Global Support Team in solving support requests.
- Support and facilitate the Global Support Team solution delivery.
- Cooperate with the Application Tech Lead in the continuous platform development, participating in the CR and project management processes and properly communicating with the business
- Close cooperation with the IT Business Advisor group, specially the ones assigned to the region of activity.
- Provide guidance and support to the regional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain close relationships with the business stakeholders.
- Perform coaching and training sessions with the local business stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop periodic communications and reviews.
- Modify and adapt documentation to local requirements (as needed) for the support activities.
- Implement and promote application best practices.
- Manage other Support Vendors (i.e. Hexaware).
- Manage operational Support of the Commercial US Application landscape.
