We are Hiring SDET Test Engineer in Irving/Dallas TX (Need Locals/Hybrid)
Title: SDET Test Engineer
Location: Irving/Dallas TX (Need Locals/Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Minimum Experience: 10 years
Note: No H1 OR CPT.
Primary/Mandatory/Required Skills:
JSON, java script, JMeter, AWS, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD,
mocking tools, component, inpod testing, TestNG, Maven, XML, API
Job Description:
Developing test plans, scenarios, and test cases for functional, regression and system level test activities against product requirements
Participating in sprint and release planning to understand the requirements and ensure high-quality products and user experience
Improving, optimizing, and identifying opportunities to increase software and firmware quality
Helping develop, execute, and automate QA tasks for product firmware
Reviewing user interfaces for consistency and functionality
Experience with bug issues tracking tools such as JIRA
10 years of experience in automation testing (Selenium, BDD, Java, Cucumber, SDET) in agile environment.
Solid development experience in Java, preferably Java full stack development experience
Hands on experience in preparing the test strategy, test plans, test estimation, workload design and test environment design
Extensive experience in automation scripting, Selenium/Java in both GUI and API automation.
Working knowledge on Test Management tools like JIRA
Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.
Ability to work independently and bring in innovative approaches to automation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of SDLC and defect life cycle
