Job Description:
Mandatory Skills- Pharma Life Sciences domain skills
- Pharma Life Sciences Experience within the Pharma industry and knowledge in R&D life cycle, product supply chain process.
- Knowledge in Pharma regulations, compliances, and stringent documentation requirements.
- Able to understand and work on supply chain standards (GTIN, EPCIS etc.) and unique product / serial number process.
- Excellent problem solving and solid analytical skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Documenting and effectively communicating the results to cross-functional team members and mangers.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with Business stakeholders, vendors and managerial staff.
- Creating GxP documents and involving testing activities.
- Excellent documentation skills and competency in Microsoft office applications.
- A bachelor s degree with relevant Pharma Business analyst experience.
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Additional requirement :
