Cybersecurity Program Manager Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA –– (5 Days onsite role, no remote) Job Description: Cybersecurity program manager that can assist in program maturity, demand/resource planning, exec reporting, roadmap and planning. Role and responsibilities: • Cybersecurity program manager that can assist in program maturity • Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models • Demand/ resource planning as per project needs. • Forecast the same • Accurate and crisp executive reporting • Draft project roadmap and actively participate in planning • Ability to coordinate and track status of requests for multiple applications or workstreams • Capable of providing executive status briefings that reflect accurate project plans, timelines, and risks • Ability to create and maintain complex project plans utilizing Microsoft Project • Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations, through planning, controlling, and managing customer projects • Integrates advanced technology, theories or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units • Manages corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems • Work with Project Engineers and customer to prioritize targeted systems/accounts to be in scope
