- Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development
- Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release
- Will act as primary liaison between stakeholders and teams.
- Responsible to evaluate product progress at each sprint towards the release the product
- Responsible to define acceptance criteria for all user stories.
- Provide clarification for all queries raised by development team.
- Responsible to groom the scrum team once the product backlog is prioritized for the sprint.
- Clarify all the functional gaps to help the scrum team to estimate the user stories.
- Prepare the definition of done against the sprint goal and obtain product owner concurrence
- Participate Functional testing/ Verify the functionality against definition of done before demo
