Job Description
- Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding(e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
- Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- We support many different stakeholders. Experience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency is needed.
Experience in the following is preferred:
- Support experience for Event Framework/Java/J2EE/Spring/Springboot based applications.
- Application troubleshooting experience at various OSI layers.
- Experience on Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools like Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
- Experience on Cloud/VM based application's CI/CD via Jenkins.
- Understanding on an API/Event gateway pattern and load balancers
- Web and Infrastructure Security along with Authentication/Authorization.
- SOAP/REST webservices.
- Databases such as Postgres, Redis and Cassandra.
- Experience in supporting environments build in PCF and off prem cloud
- Experience in IT Service Management and Incident Response.
- Documentation of playbooks, runbooks, implementation procedures, run analytics for troubleshooting
- Splunk and Dynatrace experience preferred
