The service offerings of Digital & Cloud services include App Development, Integration, Cloud & Infrastructure Services, and Leveraging ITSM Automation - implement intuitive and automated ITSM platform Job Description: The Principal Architect – Identity Management will design, deploy, configure, and implement a leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on customer requirements. As an expert in deploying Identity Governance solutions, the primary responsibility will be to lead Saviynt solution deployments to meet customer requirements Daily Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management and Governance solutions (Saviynt etc.) for critical applications and infrastructure
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
- Interact/coordinate with customers as required
- Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers and build their skills with Saviynt technology and IAM in general
- Assist operations team as required, coordinate with the enterprise architecture team
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Preparation and updating of service-related architecture and design documentation
- Generating service-related Proof of Concepts (PoC)
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues in designated area of expertise
- Provide project support, technical consultancy, and implementation planning
- Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive Directory and IdAM solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections
Qualifications and Experience: - 10+ years of combined industry experience in Systems Engineering-related fields
- 7+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
- 3+ years’ experience designing solutions in a cloud platform environment
- Thorough domain knowledge on User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring, Access Certification, Segregation of Duties, Cloud Security
- Direct customer interaction and management skills
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Scripting/Programming (PowerShell, Python) is a plus
- Azure Cloud experience/knowledge is a plus
