Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify Non-compliant Local accounts (Windows & Unix), monitoring and perform timely remediation.
- Ensure Local accounts are being identified and addressed with account/server owner notification.
- Interfacing with account/server/DB owners to ensure Local accounts (if needed) are configured appropriately on the system and Change tickets are created for appropriate action.
- Maintain and proactively address/escalate daily action on non-responses.
- Drive weekly operational review with IAM leader to review trends, escalations, and exception requests.
- Document any account not meeting compliance which has been approved through means of mitigation or risk acceptance, including review of mitigating controls.
- Work in collaboration with the access review Team each quarter to address and prevent Unidentified accounts.
- Conduct SOX audit on the Local account process including performing Test of design (TOD) and Test of operating effectiveness (TOE).
- Identify gaps in the Local account process (ex: scope) and own the process to communicate those gaps to relevant parties, and track remediation to closure.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Lean metrics/dashboards/reports for the leadership that appropriately communicate findings from Local account process and investigations.
- Research, recommend and implement best practices in SOX compliance for continuous improvement of the Local Account monitoring program.
- Maintain/Create process SOP, data flow diagram and other program specific documentation.
- Review control evidence for adherence to accuracy, completeness and precision of control execution
- Provide technical support in the assessment, design & implementation of ITGC requirement.
- Validate & update documentation as needed to ensure scope, testing & remediation activities are accurate.
- Review test findings, facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to Senior management within IT.
- Support the review of IT tools, control designs and control remediation planning efforts.
- Collaborate & build long term relationship with key stakeholders in a fast paced & matrixed work environment.
- Foster an innovation & inclusive team-oriented environment. Play Lead role in seeking development opportunities
- Preparing project scorecards and provide status updates in granular level
- Manage and maintain central documentation repositories.
- Flexible to work for 24x7 process
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and prepare Dashboards and Reports
- Experience of working independently & as a team player
- Should have a proactive work approach and ability to think outside the box
Qualifications/ Requirements: - More than 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- ISO lead auditor certified
- L2+ experience in Information Security Operations
- L1 Access management knowledge on Unix / Windows operating system servers.
- Experienced in internal audit with exposure to User access reviews (Server accounts) SOX compliance.
