Work schedule/typical work week/daily start and end time: Remote, EST Work Hours (generally)
Client description: Our client is a healthcare firm that provides revenue cycle and payment consulting and technology offerings.
Project description: Our client needs to bring on 3 contract Business Analysts to gather requirements for their client's upcoming enterprise-wide AMISYS implementation.
Technology environment the consultant will be working in: AMISYS, SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
Candidates day to day responsibilities:

• Document business requirements and work with technical teams who will implement custom solutions for an upcoming enterprise-wide AMISYS implementation.
• Compile data from multiple sources, manipulate the data, perform analytical and statistical evaluations, then formulate plans and recommendations.
• Gather business requirements, document and optimize business processes, advise on design options, assist in documenting technical specifications, then assist with unit and integrated testing of technical components.

Required skills:

• Minimum of eight (8) years working in the health payer industry with thorough understanding of general business practices and health plan operations (Membership, Provider, Claims, Customer Service, Care Management, etc.) – expert level knowledge of Enrollment & Billing processes a must
• Expert knowledge of AMYSIS with eight (8) years working direct working experience on the platform
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (documenting business requirements and working with technical teams to implement custom solutions)
• Must have experience working on at least one (1) enterprise-wide system implementation (from start to finish)
